She can do better than Fire2 with a Vulnerability Up debuff attached, honestly.The Echo can happen with Pidonus... But it might actually cause Ruto to see things Pidonus herself cannot remember due to her Queen's influence. This could pull Ruto into the plans to save Pidonus from her 'Queen' eventually...
